The Auctioneer reserves the right to group items, add items, or delete items at his sole discretion. 2. Unless the sale of an article is advertised or announced to be otherwise, each lot is offered subject to the reserve price of the Seller. When an article is sold with reserve, the Auctioneer may bid on the Seller’s behalf. 3. All transactions are subject to the BATFE and NFA Rules and Regulations as applicable. All non-controlled items must be removed today. Firearms and controlled items must be delivered to the buyer through the designated Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer at their normal place of business. Bidder must provide, at his own expense, all labor and cartage to remove the property. 4. Buyer shall pay all city and state sales, use and other taxes assessed, due to, or resulting from buyer’s failure to provide proper documentation of exemption from such taxes. Class III - For the purposes of this auction, a Class III Firearm is any weapon that is regulated under the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA). These Include Machine Guns, Short Barrel Rifles, Short Barrel Shotguns, Suppressors, Destructive Devices (ie: Grenades) Disguised Firearms, Smooth Bore Pistols. An individual purchasing a NFA firearm, or Class III Weapon is required to meet the requirements of the NFA and pay a one time, $200 Federal Excise Tax. Class III Restricted - For the purposes of this auction, Class III Restricted is defined as a weapon capable of firing more than 1 cartridge with a single pull of the trigger and has been manufactured as, or referred to as “Post-1986”.  An entity purchasing a Class III Restricted firearm is expected to fulfill any requirement mandated by law, as well as pay an annual $500 Special Occupational Tax (SOT).
