Please read our Auction Terms. By bidding in this auction, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these terms: - All items are sold 'AS IS' with no guarantees or warranties. All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - Accepted payment forms are Wire Transfers ONLY for invoices over $2,000. We accept Credit cards for invoices under $2,000. Bidder's credit card on file with Proxibid is for bidder verification purposes only, and will not be charged automatically after the auction ends. Bidder will be emailed an invoice after the auction, and will need to contact the auction company for payment arrangements. 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. - Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Items must be paid for and removed during the scheduled removal time. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
