Produced by the Martin Engineering Co. of Chicago, IL beginning in 1948, Martin Flash "mite" tether cars achieved success throughout the country. This example is 10" long and complete with a bump lug McCoy .19 and fuel tank, ready to run. 10" L x 5" W x 4" H. Featured item from the Dick Barbour Tether Car Collection. As noted on this car, a Martin Flash achieved a speed of 104 MPH in 1949. This is a tribute to that car.
