1) Pay in Person during auction pickup/checkout time - Accepted payment forms are Cash, Certified Checks (made payable to Farnsworth Auctions LLC), Credit Cards. 10% Buyer's Premium with 3% cash discount. NO SALES TAX will be charged to buyers who pay during the scheduled auction pickup. This payment option is available to LOCAL BUYERS ONLY! Simply ignore the receipt that you is emailed to you from Proxibid after the auction, and bring payment with you to the auction site on pickup day. Your credit card on file will not be charged. Pickup/Checkout date is Friday, June 27 from 10 AM until 2 PM. Address: 4181 Avon Lake Rd. Litchfield, OH 44256. This is the ONLY time that we will be at the auction site collecting payments!
2) Pay online via atgPay (Proxibid's online checkout system). To use this payment method, simply click the blue 'Pay Now' button on the invoice emailed to you after the auction. Accepted payment forms: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 10% Buyer's Premium on all sales. Proxibid will charge sales tax on all payments made through atgPay. If you are tax exempt you will need to set that up with Proxibid before the auction ends. We have no control over Proxibid's collection of sales tax on payments made through their system.
3) Wire Transfer: Invoices over $2,000 only. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please call or email us after the auction ends and we will send you wiring instructions (email russ@rdfarnsworth.com - Phone 330-334-3731). - All items are sold 'AS IS' with no guarantees or warranties. All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding.
- Accepted payment forms are: Cash, Wire Transfers, Certified/Cashier's checks (made payable to Farnsworth Auctions LLC), and Credit cards. Your credit card on file with Proxibid will NOT be charged automatically after the auction ends. Bring Payment when you come to pick up your items on checkout day, unless you have already paid through Proxibid's checkout system (by clicking the blue 'Pay Now' button on your invoice). 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. 3% cash discount.
- Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances.
- Items must be paid for and removed during the scheduled removal time, unless otherwise specified. If a bidder does not pay for his/her items during the scheduled checkout time, then that bidder's credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged for the full purchase amount, plus Buyer's Premium. Any items left at the auction site after the scheduled checkout time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
- Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
- At the request of the seller, Additional removal times are available for this auction. Any removal times outside of our scheduled checkout date will need to be made directly with the seller (Mrs. Webster). All items must be paid for IN FULL within 3 days after the auction ends. Items must be paid for in full before being removed from the auction site. All items must be removed within 30 days after the auction ends.
