1.) The winning high online bidder on this property will be required to sign a Wisconsin RE offer to purchase upon conclusion of the online bidding and tender the required non-refundable earnest money deposit of $10,000 on the Home & $25,000 on the acreage within 48 hrs. of the close of the bidding, unless prior arrangements have been made.
2.) A 10% Buyers fee will be added to the final Online high bid price to determine the final selling price of the home & Land, that amount is the amount which will be written in on the offer to purchase.
3.) Sellers will convey title to the premises by Deed & Title Insurance.
