Ask questions BEFORE bidding. Unless stated that the item is new, CHANCES ARE IT’S NOT. Most of our items are anywhere from a few years to decades old. I try to describe the items to the best of my ability and will describe any defects AS I SEE THEM. I am not an expert on anything. All sales ARE FINAL, purchased AS IS, and NOT RETURNABLE. Look at the pictures carefully! Your winning bid is a LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT and you accept our TERMS when you bid. If you have a problem that falls outside the realms of these TERMS, please call me at 706-819-9600. Bidders understand and acknowledge that it is their responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Sudie Belle Animal Safe Habitat, Inc. shall endeavor to describe each item and any pertinent information about it, but will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. BIDDER AGREES THAT EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND THAT THEY MAY NOT RETURN ANY ITEM THEY PURCHASE. Most of our items are on consignment and we depend on our consignors to accurately describe them and send appropriate pictures. If an item has a flaw and Sudie Belle Animal Safe Habitat, Inc. is aware of that flaw, we will mention it in the item description. If we are not aware of a flaw, it will not be mentioned and Sudie Belle Animal Safe Habitat, Inc. will not be held responsible for the item's condition. Therefore, ask questions before you bid, not afterward. We don't have time to clean all items before an auction. Frequently the items are stored in a warehouse. With the total number of items up for auction, time doesn't allow us to give them all a thorough cleaning. Please don't rate our customer service low because you have no way of knowing what our service is like unless you first give me a call to see how I will handle any problem that you may have. Putting remarks on the rating form doesn't mean I see it immediately, so a phone call is preferred. Putting nasty comments without ever calling me can guarantee you that you will be banned from future auctions. AS FOR OUR 16% BIDDER'S FEE, rest assured there is very little profit in that. Just about all of that is eaten up with fees that we have to pay for you to be able to enjoy our auctions. Complaining about it won't change it. DON'T BID IF YOU ARE GOING TO RATE US LOW BECAUSE OF THE BIDDER'S FEE.
