All successful bidders are buying the assets "As Is / Where Is", all sales are final and it is the buyers' responsibility to remove their purchased items by 4 PM Tuesday, August 25th. Any items not removed by this deadline will be considered abandoned and auctioneer will not be held responsible. The auction preview is open on Wednesday, August 19th, 2020 10AM to 4PM. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. In no event shall AJ Willner Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who choose not to attend auction preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
