Winning bidders must pick up their own firearms and must bring government-issued photo ID to complete background check/transfer paperwork. No one else may pick up any firearm on behalf of a winning bidder. Buyers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with state and local laws and regulations on all items.
Handguns purchased by out-of-state buyers must be shipped to an FFL in the buyer’s home state and cannot be picked up at the auction house.
Other non-local buyers also may elect to have their firearms shipped to an FFL of their choice.
Unless otherwise noted, all firearms are subject to a federal background check and registration fee of $20.00 for the first firearm and $5.00 for each additional firearm purchased by the same bidder. (For example, the total fee for two firearms would be $25.00.) Winning bidders will be required to pay this fee, either by cash or check, when picking up their firearms.
