ITEM PICK UP INFORMATION: May 25th, 2021 from 2:00 - 6:45PM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. A sign up link will be sent with invoices to the winning bidders at auction conclusion. Use that link to schedule how you intend to pick your items up (Small Items, Big Items, Rigger Assist or UPS) and include your Name & Bidder ID Number (Also referred to as Paddle ID)
SHIPPING & RIGGING: Rosen and Barton does not handle shipping of items. Due to the distance of the property, winning bidders must make arrangements immediately with UPS or Rigging companies to ensure they can accommodate your needs. Their information can be found in the Terms & Conditions section of this auction.
PLEASE NOTE: Items are located in a single family home. There are 3 separate floors (Basement, First Floor. & Second Floor).
Due to Covid 19 Mandates and social distancing, we will limit the number of people allowed in the house at a time. Please schedule your appointment through the online link provided on your invoice and understand we will do our best to accommodate a swift and speedy item pick up experience.
Please BRING YOUR BOXES and come prepared with all necessary tools, packing materials and additional help you will need to successfully remove your items. Please consider this prior to bidding and make the necessary arrangements in advance to have them removed on time.
Item pick up dates are strict. We will not have access to the building after the scheduled item pick, up day and we cannot make provisions or extend times for item pick up. Please consider this prior to bidding.

All items not picked up on May 25, 2021 will be considered abandoned if you do not coordinate arrangements with the auction coordinator in advance.
All auction lots are "as is." We have done our best to add additional details if there are any issues or flaws. It is the bidders responsibility to read descriptions and preview pictures prior to placing a bid. Therefore, LOOK CAREFULLY at pictures and check out links for additional information. The links provided may be a similar item if not identical. If you have questions about items, please ask questions PRIOR to bidding. Payments over $2500 must bring a cashiers check or cash to the auction pickup.

Although obtained from sources deemed reliable, the Auctioneer makes no warrantees or guarantees as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the items in which they intend to bid prior to sales. Absolutely no items will be removed until auction is completed. Subject to additions, deletions, prior sale and confirmation.
ALL PURCHASES MADE BE PAID IN FULL ON DAY OF SALE. Buyer Registration is to be completed in full online with a valid Credit Card.
A 25% cash deposit via wire transfer may be required if you are not known to the Auction Firm. Failure to make the required deposit may result in cancellation of bidding privileges. Your invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the auction.
In default of payment of invoices in full within the stated time, Rosen & Co., Inc/Buddy Barton Auctions and Auctioneer may retain all funds received as deposit as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for or removed within the time allowed may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiencies and other expenses of resale will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. The equipment must be removed by authorized riggers and contractors only. Riggers must present Rosen/Buddy Barton with a valid commercial general liability insurance certificate in a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 combined single limit per occurrence naming Rosen & Co., Inc./Buddy Barton Auctions as additional insured. Any hydraulic fluid removal and/or oil leaks are the undersigned`s responsibility to remove and clean up. The undersigned purchaser and/or rigger/contractor must take full responsibility for compliance with applicable environmental laws and exercise all reasonable care to ensure that there is no release to the environment or any hazardous wastes or substances as defined in applicable Federal, State, and Local Statues, Regulations, Rules, or Ordinances.
