By registering and participating in this auction, you, buyer, agree to the following terms and conditions as well as any changes announced at the auction. In order to bid, you must register online and provide a valid drivers license or other acceptable form of photo identification as well as a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Buyer agrees to provide credit card info to auction company during the auction if deposit is requested. Failure to do so will result in blocking you from bidding. If you are shipping out of state sales tax will be refunded upon presentation of bill of lading. If you live out of state and are picking up personally or through a friend then sales tax has to be collected. Resale certificates from other states will not exempt you from California Sales Tax. Buyer agrees to pay the actual expenses incurred by Abamex or Seller in the enforcement of this agreement or defense of any claim. No returns will be accepted, no monetary credits will be given and buyer won't contest any credit card charges due to any of the above.
