Driving Directions: Located at 1308 2nd St., Holdrege, NE. The Phelps County Fairgrounds is located on the east end of town, just south of the railroad tracks. Use 4th Ave railroad crossing for tall loads.

Special Terms

Live auction begins at 10 AM. Catalog and internet items to begin at approximately 11 AM. All items need to be removed by April 8th, 2014. Loader available up to April 8th. Items left after April 8th are charged $50 rental fee to be paid to the Phelps County. Fairgrounds. All property is sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS", no warranties expressed or implied, and absolutely no refunds or returns. The property is open to inspection up to one week before the auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to use their own judgment on the quality and condition of the item. Adam Marshall Auctioneers does not guarantee descriptions although they are made in good-faith. Bidder's that are off-site understand that they might not have an equal opportunity to inspect an item as well as if they were at the physical auction site. Bidder understands that internet auction service provided may not work properly on auction day and agrees that under no circumstance will they have any claim against Adam Marshall Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet bidding fails to work.
