The collection of approximately 45 firearms includes shotguns, rifles, and pistols, some which are new in box and firearms that are collector items in excellent to fair condition. Payment Instructions: Internet Premium: 10% of final hammer/bid price Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card, Email Address, and phone number, is required for bidding approval. Currency Type: USD All accounts must be settled and paid in full within 48 hours of conclusion of online auction A 3.5% facilitation fee will be assessed to all credit card purchases. If payment is not received within 48 hours of conclusion of auction, accounts due will be charged to the credit card on file. Purchases not settled by this time are considered in default. Any merchandise in default, and/or remaining at the Gun Dealer Site, will be considered forfeited. All state and federal rules and regulations will be followed regarding the purchase and online auction sales of all firearms.

Shipping Instructions: All purchases being shipped will incur a $40.00 per gun fee for shipping and handling. All firearms requiring shipment, will be shipped to an FFL Dealer. Checkout Date & Times: Buyers must remove all Purchases from the auction site within 10 days of the end of the Auction Sale.

Special Terms

FFL Document Processing Fee: All buyers of firearms will be charged a $20.00 FFL Document Processing fee per gun. FFL dealers will be charged $20.00 FFL Document Processing fee per gun. FFL dealers must provide a valid copy of the FFL to transfer firearms. If a buyer has a permit, and attends to pick up the firearm, please bring the permit and a valid Drivers License or US ID at the time of pickup of the firearm at: C/O Eastern New Mexico Arms and Accessories, 513 W 17th, Portales, NM 88130.
