Auctioneer or the seller shall be responsible for the buyer's merchandise. Merchandise not removed by the stated date and time will revert to seller’s possession, with all rights and title to the equipment forfeited. The buyer will be responsible for all cost for dispose. It is the buyer’s responsibility to secure all safety equipment to meet applicable government safety standards in using or removing items purchased. Certain pieces of equipment may contain residual chemicals. The liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or during use or operation of the purchased items. The information and descriptions contained in the sales advertisements are believed to be true and correct. The auctioneer and/or seller assume no responsibility and make no warranties regarding same. It is the buyer’s responsibility and obligation to verify information, descriptions and inspect all property/lots prior to bidding. All lots must be removed thru the rear of the building.
