Additions or changes to a Lot may be made up until the start of the auction. The absence of a condition assessment does not imply that the Lot is free from damage and/or wear. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to study each description/image, reach out with specific questions to verify any information, attend an in-person preview, and ultimately form their own opinion overall. If you are still unsure, don’t bid on a Lot. Online auction purchases may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you may submit your tax-exempt certificate. By bidding in this auction, a Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions as outlined, which shall supersede all other terms and conditions (e.g., Visa). If a dispute arises, it will be handled in-house and the decision binding. Buyer's premium is 21% for online auction purchases. Invoices will be sent to the Buyer’s email on record at the conclusion of the auction. Acceptable payment methods include: credit card, personal check, or cash on delivery. If a Buyer has not paid or contacted us to arrange payment within 3 days, the credit card used at registration will be charged the invoice amount.
