N. Starr Sabre. This sabre was contracted in 1812/13. It is a plain curved, flat blade with a clipped point. Blade length is 34-1/4". The iron hilt has a leather grip...more. The P proof is found on the outside of the knuckle bow near the bend. The iron scabbard has two narrow bands with rings and thin drag. Blade has been used to chop and has lots of dings to cutting edge. Inspector's letters are HHP (Henry Perkins). Overall condition is below average.

Comes with brass patch box and brass hardware including U.S. marked butt plate. Guard and barrel bands are brass. Comes with brass tipped rod. Lock operates properly. Stock is walnut with bumps and dings. Bore is dark. Overall condition is above average. 15,000 in this contract. Front sight is missing. Has bayonet lug in place.

Ames 1832 Foot Artillery Sword. This is dated 1856 with RHKW inspection mark. Also has the inspector's initials of J.H. This is considered the large block address. Ov...moreerall condition is well above average. Blade length is 19" with an overall length of 25". Handle and guard are one piece brass with the fish scale look. Blade is 1-3/4" at ricasso. Comes with cast eagle on pummel. Leather sheath is in good shape. Stitching has separated and brass braids have fallen out. Tip of blade has indication that it was heated at one time.

Springfield Musket in .69 Caliber. This was a flintlock that was converted to a cap and ball. It has the cone type nipple. Smooth bore. Comes with a lock date of 1841. Has the VP Eagle proof on barrel. Barrel is 42" in length. Comes with 3 barrel bands. Cartouche is in place on stock. Butt plate is rusty. Overall condition is average. Initials on stock are AH. These conversions were done between 1840 and 1860's. Has rod in place.

This is a 3 band musket with rod in place. Stock is walnut and is solid. Has no visible cartouche. Lock is dated 1853 and works properly. This is the first percussion model. Many were used in the Civil War.
