The "Junior Sportsman". Vintage magazine-fed bolt action target rifle chambered for .22 Short, Long or Long Rifle, manufactured pre-1968. Features a blued finish, 25" tapered barrel, dovetailed blade front sight,no provision for a rear sight, adjustable receiver mounted Lyman 57RS aperture sight, serrated trigger, metal trigger guard, manual safety on the right side of the receiver, cocked indicator on the rear of the bolt, detachable 6 round factory magazine, smooth brown leather M1907 stytle sling and smooth walnut pistol grip shoulder stock with inlayed accessory rail on the underside of the forend & serrated black plastic buttplate. Rifle retains approximately 95% of it's original blued finish showing scattered scratches, some freckles of emerging surface rust by the magazine well.. Action is smooth, the bore is excellent and the wood stock is fine. Condition is near NRA Very Good. C&R Firearm.
