Sales tax is collected by Proxibid for your state/municipality. Premiere Auctions Group has no control over Proxibid charging and collecting this tax as they own the auction and payment platform. Payment for all taxes collected is sent to the rightful governmental agencies by Proxibid. Premiere Auctions Group receives none of the sales tax collected.
If you are tax exempt, you will need to go to your Proxibid account and complete their tax exemption form. This takes several days to process – so be sure to do it well in advance of bidding.
If your invoice total is greater than $1,000 you have the option to mail in a check or money order. You must notify us within 24 hours after the auction has ended that you will be mailing in payment, otherwise the card on file will be charged. Please notify via email to liz@premiereauctionsgroup.com. If we do not receive an email within 24 hours, the credit card on file will be charged. Once the card on file has been processed it cannot be reversed.
If you are mailing in payment of an invoice over $1000:

> If you are not a resident of Ohio - Deduct the sales tax, as Premiere Auctions does not remit out of state sales tax. It is your responsibility to pay any due sales tax directly to the governmental agencies who may require it in your area.
Bidders who have not paid invoices within 10 days of auction close may be reported to Proxibid for collection and can be blocked from all future bidding on the Proxibid platform.
Currency Type: USDShipping Instructions: Our standard method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. If you desire insurance on your package you must request to have it added to your invoice within 24 hours of sale close. Insurance is NOT automatically added and Premiere Auctions Group, LLC is NOT responsible for any items that are lost or damaged once they are in the care of the shipping company or USPS. Once a package has been shipped, insurance can no longer be added.
Shipping is based on USPS Priority Mail fees and the size, weight and number of items. We will combine as many items as we safely can. Pottery items are usually boxed separately.
Items marked as 'Pick-up Only' must be picked up at the Premiere Auction Facility no longer than 7 days from the sales date. If not picked up within 7 days, and if no other arrangements have been made, Premiere Auctions Group will consider the item(s) to have been abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Premiere Auctions Group, LLC if the internet service or Proxibid platform fails to work correctly before or during the live virtual auction. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bid feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction starts.

Returns:
All items are pre-screened to the best of our ability. We offer a 30-day return privilege so long as the reason for the return is with cause. Buyer’s Remorse returns will not be accepted. Premiere Auctions Group does not own the items being auctioned; all items have been consigned. Thus, after 30 days all consignors are paid, and the funds are no longer available for possible refund. Please advise Premiere Auctions ASAP within the 30-day period if you have an item you wish to discuss returning.
Condition & Value:
It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, value or any other determinative factor. Each item has multiple photos. Please look at the photos carefully and conduct all research on prices, value and condition in advance of the sale.
Premiere Auctions Group, LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and all pertinent information about it. Premiere Auctions Group, LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material misrepresentation of the actual item being offered.
