Absolutely all Federal and State gun laws must be observed. All rules and laws will also apply for muzzleloaders or antique arms manufactured before 1898 or non-guns as well as licensed Federal Firearms Dealer or Curio & Relic Collector License holders. Dealers must present, or email a current, signed copy of their license. If C&R, guns MUST also be on ATF approved C&R list or be 50 years or older. As per ATF instructions, we send our FFL only to other FFLs and NOT C&Rs or non-licensees.
KNOW YOUR STATE / LOCAL LAWS BEFORE BIDDING: IF YOUR STATE WILL NOT ALLOW THE FIREARM / AMMO, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT. INCLUDING BUYERS PREMIUM. WE CAN PUT IT INTO THE NEXT AUCTION AND SEND YOU A CHECK MINUS CONSIGNMENT FEES
AUCTION GUNS WON BY OUT OF STATE BIDDERS: KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS PRIOR TO BIDDING ON AN ITEM. If you are not an Iowa resident or live too far away to do a local pickup, we will ship your firearms to your local gun dealer when they email us their signed, current FFL license. If you have a current ATF C&R license, we can ship qualified firearms to your home if state law permits. We work to be as economical as possible, but shipping costs vary by size, weight, value and destination. We highly suggest your local FFL dealer be instructed by you NOT to open the shipping carton until you are present. This is very important! Your name will appear on the shipping label to facilitate this request.
BUYERS OUTSIDE THE USA or Canada: We do not have an Export License, you will be responsible for your bids and must have means to transit your exportation.

Special Terms:
The following, as amended by any posted notices or announcements during the sale, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the catalog and not in the catalog shall be offered. All descriptions are to be verified by you, the buyer. We do our best to best describe the items, however, it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine exact patterns etc.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items. Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly. No statement (oral or written) in this catalog, at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of is responsibility. All measurements are approximate.
If Todd Crill Auctions LLC is prevented by fire, theft or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid, by the purchaser for such property.
In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on Todd Crill Auctions LLC part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, Todd Crill Auctions LLC’s sale record is conclusive. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer.
Regarding any purchaser who is represented by a bidder: Bidders are personally and individually responsible for any obligations of the purchaser set forth in the terms and conditions of sale. If any applicable conditions herein are not complied with by the purchaser, in addition to other remedies available to us and the Consignor by law, including, without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the total purchase price, we at our option may either, a) cancel the sale, retaining as liquidates damages all payments made by the purchaser, or b) resell the property at costs including handling charges, the expenses of both sales, our commission on both sales at our regular rates, reasonable attorney’s fees, accidental damages, and all other charges due hereunder. If such a buyer pays a portion of the purchase price for any or all lots purchased, Todd Crill Auctions, LLC shall apply the payment received to such lot or lots that Todd Crill Auctions, LLC, in its sole discretion deems appropriate. In the case of defaults, purchaser shall be liable for legal fees and expenses. In addition, a defaulting purchasing will be deemed to have granted us a security interest in, and we may retain as collateral security for such purchaser’s obligations to us, any property in our possession owed by such purchaser.
Todd Crill Auctions, LLC, reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.
Per Department of Revenue, No Taxes Will be Charged
Online buyers will receive an invoice listing the items won within a few hours of the auction closing.
By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all the terms posted for this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid.
Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. There is no shipping or packing services offered by Todd Crill Auctions, LLC.
There will be a $40 returned check fee for any declined check received.
Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. Todd Crill Auctions, LLC is a member of the Iowa State Auctioneers Associations. Non-paying and/or fraudulent bidder names may be shared with other auction companies.
This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or charge backs are accepted.
You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Please let us know if you see an error in our listings. We strive to be as accurate as possible.
Preview is highly recommended, so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo.
Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of the Todd Crill Auctions, LLC (unless other arrangements have been made)
Todd Crill Auctions LLC is providing internet bidding for this auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at the close of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Todd Crill Auctions LLC or anyone else if the internet services fail to work correctly at the close of the auction. Todd Crill Auctions LLC will not be responsible for missed bids from any source. Internet bidder who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the close of the auction. In the unlikely event we lose our internet connection, Todd Crill Auctions LLC, reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel the remainder of the auction.
Todd Crill Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
In All Cases The Auctioneer Has Final Discretion Over Which Bids To Accept. We Are Not Responsible For Inadvertent Bids, Or Problems Arising Due To Internet Connections, Incorrect Computer Settings Or Other Website Related Problems Beyond Our Control.
