Coin Operated Automatic Receiving Teller - American Banking Machine Corp. Appears to be made of steel. It is an old savings stamp vending machine made by American Banking Machine Corp. of Saginaw, Michigan. They made these machines from 1910 to 1919. It has insertion slots for pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters. You place a coin in the slot, push in the plunger and it would dispense a stamp in that denomination. Each coin slot has a reel type mechanism to hold a roll of stamps. The coins were stored in steel tubes behind the locked front panel. These tubes were removable so they could be emptied. It is designed to be hung from the wall or sit on a counter. It measures approximately 12 3/4" X 6 1/4" and 13 1/2" high. Has quite a bit of weight to it. Comes with lock and key. Overall good used condition scuffs and scratches from use, but no glaring cosmetic damage. Untested.
