From the late 1880s to the early 1920s, roller organs and music boxes were an inexpensive way to listen to music. The Chautauqa Roller Organ was a middle class roller organ and used 20 note rollers for its music. This particular roller organ has the date "Feb. 12, 1907" on the wood at the bottom. Organ has some minor surface wear on top. Comes with 5 cobs, organ plays cob without problems. See photos.
