We have requested that Proxibid NOT DISCLOSE any maximum/ceiling bids to us. The only bids that we can see are the price any lot is currently at, NOT the maximum/ceiling bid placed on any one lot.

Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed matter or posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between the high bidder (purchaser), Tyrrell’s Antiques and the seller (consignor) of the lot. There is no charge for registration. When bidding on any lot offered by Tyrrell’s Antiques, the bidder indicates acceptance of the terms of sale. All purchases must be paid for in full before items are removed from premises. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. If payment has not been received by the 3rd day following the auction, full amount will be charged to credit cards on file. When making payment, please be sure to add shipping charges as outlined (see Shipping below). A buyer's premium will be added to the bid prices and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. Buyer’s premium charges are as follows. All items will be charged 18%.
