We also reserve the right to ask for signed invoice and copy of driver's license with matching address to be emailed or text to us on any coin or jewelry purchase of any amount.
You will be charged sales tax on every event unless you have a Tax ID number registered with Proxibid.
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours following the auction for your total purchases including Buyer's Premium, NOT YOUR SHIPPING! This is a pickup only auction. Innovative Auctions Inc., does not pack or ship items. We recommend the UPS Store in Fairborn Ohio. UPS Fairborn works with us on a weekly basis. Any other shipper or shipping method will have to be arranged and pickup will have to be setup by the buyer.
We only charge for items purchased through the credit card that is registered with Proxibid. We do NOT accept cash, check, Paypal or any other type of payment other than the actual credit card that is listed with Proxibid at time of registration for the auction that you are participating. We will NOT take another credit card over the phone or by email! If you want to use another card to pay for purchases other than what is registered with Proxibid at time of registration of each individual auction, you will need to contact Proxibid at 402-505-7770 to change the card. We cannot change the card on our end. If you try to change a credit card after you register for a particular auction, unfortunately, the card that was listed at time of registration is the card that the system defaults to charging. You have to actually call Proxibid to change it at that point to use another card.
Cards declined for any reason will receive a 10.00 fee for labor spent tracking down, re-running cards etc... No EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please contact The UPS Store before auction ends to get estimate of shipping cost and following the auction to arrange shipping. UPS Fairborn's contact number is 937-754-9999. Please contact them by the day before removal date of auction. They typically pickup items before posted removal hours on removal date. Failure to contact us to inform us that you are picking up an item and have an out of town address will cost you a trip to UPS Fairborn and any expenses that they have incurred moving and packing the items. We do not see your credit card information and do not give it to the UPS Store or your shipping agent. You will need to supply The UPS Store or your shipping agent with your payment information, name, paddle number, phone number and auction that items were purchased. Not giving them paddle number or auction items purchased can delay your shipment.
If you are an out of state buyer and do not want items shipped, please notify us by email following the auction that you will be picking them up.
Items not picked up or that shipping has been arranged by pickup day will be forfeited and re-sold with all proceeds going to Innovative Auctions for re-listing, transportation to our facility and storage fees!! No Exceptions!!
We want this to be an enjoyable experience, but items being left cause us to have to send trucks and employees to pick up left items. We also have to pay employees to re-list the items. We prefer buyers to pick up or have items shipped. We have no desire to re-sell items that someone has bought. Again, we prefer everyone to have an enjoyable experience.
If a credit card is declined and Innovative Auctions can't get payment by the pickup day of auction items were purchased that buyer will not be permitted to participate in any of our future auctions.

Special Terms
We may require matching identification and verification to registration information on any item that is required to be shipped. You will be asked to text a copy of a driver's license with matching address to registration and signed copy of invoice for any coins or jewelry purchase that requires shipping!
We will also require wire transfer for items that need to be shipped or sold to out of state buyer with sale total of more than 500.00.
Bring adequate help to move items. We do not generally have multiple individuals at pick up to help move larger items.
We are no longer bringing items back to our building from an off-site pickup. We would do it in the past for circumstances that came about for individual buyers. But some buyers have proceeded to abuse this service, and we will no longer bring items back. If you cannot pickup items and are not having them shipped, please do not bid. Any item not picked up or shipping is arranged by pickup day will be forfeited!
Registering for this auction finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and any Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions. In order to bid at the auction, all Bidders must be signed up and register to bid through Proxibid.com. There is no fee to register, although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. By bidding you are representing Innovative Auctions Inc., (Auctioneer) and the seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. All property is sold as-is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to public inspection by appointment. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. If we are selling coins we do not have the coins graded. You need to use your best judgment in determining grade. Additional images can be added to the listings if further inspection is needed. Just email the lot numbers that you want additional images taken of and we will post them in the online catalog and/or email you directly.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Innovative Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
Innovative Auctions is providing internet On-line only auctions as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Innovative Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid no less than 24 hours before the auction begins. Innovative Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Innovative may also extend an auction if any factors with the auction or society deem it necessary in the opinion of Innovative auctions owner and management.
Buyers Please do not waste your time with $1 purchases, especially out of state. When you bid the absolute minimum bid on one item and win that item at $1 or less remember that items still needs to be shipped. It does not matter how small the item may be the cost will most likely far exceed the purchase price. Please do not buy 1 an item for $1 and expect us to cover part of your shipping costs because shipping came out higher than the cost of the item. Shipping costs have NOTHING to do with how low your invoice is on the items. Shipping cost are fixed and we can not do anything to change that.
Please be aware that you are about to participate in the auction sale of personal or real property. This type of sale is much different than your purchase of property at a retail store or from another type of merchant. There are absolutely no guarantees of the quality or condition of the items for sale or that the item will be suitable for your particular purposes. Do not rely on the statements of any employee of Innovative Auctions Inc., as to the quality or condition of an item or that it may be suitable for your purposes. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. RELY ONLY UPON YOUR INSPECTION OF THE ITEM. AS SUCH INSPECTION WILL BE THE ONLY ASSURANCE YOU WILL HAVE AS TO THE CONDITION OR QUALITY OF THE PROPERTY OR THE NUMBER OF ITEMS IN THE AUCTION LOT YOU MAY PURCHASE. NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON WILL BE MADE.
Removal is responsibility of the buyer. Please bring valid drivers license to confirm your identity at time of pickup. If you are sending someone to pick your items up they must have a copy of your invoice and an agent for Innovative Auctions Inc., must be contacted prior to pickup and informed that a third party is picking items up.
Risk of Injury: Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place and shall be deemed to be there at his own risk along with anyone brought with you to assist with your removal. No person shall have any claim against the auctioneers, their agents, employees, sellers or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever.
REMOVAL OF ITEMS- No item may be removed from the auction site until the full bid price, buyers premium and taxes are paid. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time or day that we have arranged as appointment only. The packaging, removal and loading of all items is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Please bring any packaging materials, moving equipment, personnel to assist in loading etc. that you might need. Items not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned property. NO refunds, credits or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS AT THE POSTED REMOVAL TIMES. Bidders who do not pickup their items at the scheduled time or arrange shipping by removal date will be considered to have abandoned their purchases and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment. Items will be sold to cover storage, moving and re-listing fees.
Auctions are a great way for buyers to get great items at great prices. Auctions are also pretty fun to participate in. Innovative Auctions Inc. wants our bidders to have fun participating in our auctions. We want you to get great deals. We want you to enjoy the entire auction process and we want you to enjoy your won items. These rules are simply set up to protect all parties from misunderstandings and abuse of the system.
If you are an out of state buyer and do not want items shipped please notify us by EMAIL immediately following the auction that you will be picking items up in person. Otherwise, items will be sent to UPS and you may have to pay any transportation or packing cost incurred by UPS that were needed to safely transport your items to their facility.
Please put your Tax ID number in your registration information, if you have one. If it is not in registration information you will be charged tax! We will NOT reimburse the tax if you have a Tax ID number and it is not in your registration information and you have been charged.
Once you leave a removal/pickup we will consider all of your items picked up and we are not responsible for them. Any items left forgotten etc. at a home or our facility during a removal are considered abandon.
All items need to be inspected before removing from property that they are being picked up. All items are being sold as-is with no warranty or guarantee. We can offer no help with item after it has been removed from property at all! We have no idea what has happened to purchases after they leave property!
