Pickups are available by appointment detailed in the invoice. -If you live outside of the local area above, we will ship your items to you. Your credit card will be charged automatically 24 hours for shipping once the actual costs have been calculated and added to the Proxibid invoice. Shipping is handled in house for smaller lots, please email for any shipping questions. -Shipping is only provided for smaller items -- not furniture, especially heavy, or over-sized items; buyers must make their own freight arrangements for these items. -All property is sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS'. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof. -By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name.
