6 1/2" (17 cm.) x 6" framed. The handsome young gentleman is posed in profile, oil-painted on porcelain, with strong nose, brunette hair with sideburns, moustache, wisps of curls at the back of head, in original gilt-finished wooden frame. The name Herzog (illegible), Weimar is pencil script on the back. Excellent condition. Early 1800s.
