All lots are sold with bidders acceptance of unfitness of habitation, lead based paint, environmental contamination, hazardous substances, required moving permits, and bear all the expense of moving any of the lots. Any lots won in this auction will receive a clear Indiana title from the Greene County Treasurer. Lots may be misidentified and/or have an incorrect photo of the lot. Lots are to be identified by parcel number. Bidders are encouraged to conduct their due diligence before bidding. All lots have been seized under Indiana State Statute IC6-1.1-23.1 This is an online bidding only timed auction. Lots may be removed prior to auction start if delinquent taxes are paid. Lots have staggered ending times. Lots may be removed from auction prior to close. Proxibid features "dynamic bidding" meaning when a last minute bid is placed the auction will extend a couple of minutes before ending if another bid is not placed. Payment of sold items is due within 2 business days of auctions end. This is best paid for with the credit card used for sale registration. Payment will be charged on Monday following the auction to the bidder's card. Payment is due on Tuesday for other payment types. The Greene County Treasurer specifically reserves the right to void the highest bid if, it is found that that the bidder owes any delinquent taxes (personal, real estate or mobile home).
