AUCTION PURCHASING REQUIRMENTS * Entry to the property must be scheduled * Purchaser and/or all entrants to the property must complete the Contractor Training Program * Purchaser’s Certificate of Liability Insurance MUST BE PRESENT AT TIME OF RETRIEVAL OF PURCHASED EQUIPMENT AND INCLUDE: * At least 1,000,000 General Liability Each Occurrence * At least 2,000,000 General Liability General Aggregate * At least 500,000 Work Comp & Employers Liability Coverage * Certificate Holder MUST be named as follows: Biewer Sawmill Inc 6251 Gerwoude Dr. McBain, MI. 49657 * All equipment is being sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with NO warranties expressed or implied * Rigging/loading will be the responsibility of the purchaser * Spark watch for hot work will be the responsibility of the purchaser and must comply with Biewer Hot Work Policy * Purchaser must work with Biewer Sawmills’ maintenance staff and utilize the Stored Entry Isolation & De-Energization Checklist prior to decommissioning any equipment in order to safely identify and resolve stored energy hazards * All buildings and equipment are to be returned to their original condition prior to leaving the property (ie: If necessary to remove a panel of wall or roof to obtain purchased equipment, the purchaser must return the panel to it original location and fastened in its original fashion) * Floors must be left clean and free from debris and fasteners must be flush with the floor, any concrete damaged during equipment retrieval must be repaired prior to leaving the property. * All purchased equipment must be removed from Biewer Sawmill Inc. by 10/1/21 unless another date is agreed upon in writing.
