The highest bidder for each Lot shall be the Purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the Auctioneers shall have absolute discretion to settle such dispute.
Purchaser assumes all liability whatsoever resulting from the possession, use or disposition of items bought. Purchaser agrees to release, waive all rights against, indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and sellers.
