Payment Instructions: Payment must be made following auction close. Internet bidders requiring shipping must pay with credit card (Mastercard, Discover or Visa) via APN or bank to bank wire transfer. Bidders that will be using the local pickup option can be in cash however they will need to notify the auction company in advance.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will offer a quote for shipping items to a designated location, but in no way will be held responsible for items once they leave our location. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL holder and we require a signed copy of the FFL to ship. Pick up of items will be allowed at a designated time and location. For items being picked up in person, they must be paid for by CASH. Handguns can only be picked up by in-state residents. Out of state buyers of handguns must provide an FFL in your home state to ship to. Ammunition purchases require state issued ID.
Preview Date & Times: Firearms are not stored at our location and will only be at our location after the auction has taken place. All firearms and ammo remain with the consignor until such time they are needed.
Checkout Date & Times: Our shipping team will start shipping as soon as items get paid for. Please be patient as this auction is fairly large in the number of items that will require shipping.

This is an auction and all sales are final. No warranty is either expressed, written or implied. We try to list these items as accurately as we can however we are not experts on all the items we sell. For those items that we sell new, if any warranty exists its between you and the manufacturer. Bidder agrees that only the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky apply for all matters concerning this sale. Should you not agree with our terms, please don't bid because you will be held to them. Terms for firearm auctions are as follows: Do Not Bid on firearms or ammunition unless you can legally own them in your state or locality. We will do NICS checks on-sight for all purchasers of firearms that pickup items locally. For those being shipped, your local FFL will do the NICS check and transfer. If an item is purchased by an individual that can not legally possess the item due to Federal, State, or municipality regulations, payment in full is still required & we will accept the individual as a consigner for the item to be resold at a later date in one of our upcoming auctions. In this case you will at no time take possession of the item. You are required to be aware of all laws governing your ability to purchase them prior to bidding.
