All buildings must be removed by March 15th, 2020. There is a $250 deposit required per lot. In the event the item is not removed by March 15th, 2020, the $250 deposit will not be returned and will be kept by the school, and the building will be demolished. There are no refunds on any lot. These lots include the structures only and no real estate. Auction company and Barnesville Schools are not responsible for any liability or accidents that the buyer encounters. Buyer's premium is 10% and will be added to the bid price to arrive at the final purchase price. Example: Bid Price $100,000 plus 10% buyer's premium equals a contract purchase price of $110,000. All online only auctions are a cash sale and are not contingent on or subject to financing, appraisal, or inspections of any kind, as agreed to by bidders at registration prior to bidding. Online only auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at a specified time. There also can be auto extend features meaning any bids placed in the final minutes of an auction can cause the auction ending to be automatically extended from the time the bid was placed. It is always best to place your max bids prior to the day of closing to avoid technical issues. Auction Company is not responsible for any technical issues. All items are sold as-is with no guarantees. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items on the auction. The Auction company has the right to decline or refuse bidding. Once the item is sold it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. Seller will be disconnecting the electricity, water, and gas from the buildings and will need prior notice before buyer will be picking up and moving the items. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bachmann Auctioneers, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the online auction. Bachmann Auctioneers, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours prior to the auction closing.
