SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous, but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH AUCTION and must sign off on the Minnesota sales tax exemption form. Pickup and checkout: all lumber and building supplies must be picked up on Tuesday Nov. 29th from 10AM-5PM. You can pay for your items onsite along 8th St in Detroit Lakes where the building supplies are located. All items not paid for on the 29th of Nov. will be charged to your credit card on file along with a 4% convenience fee. All lumber is located at Dynamic Homes in Detroit Lakes. Checkout is located from the intersection of Roosevelt Ave and 8th St head east on 8th st to the 6th approach on the left side. Signs will be posted. All truck utility boxes are located at one of the Arvig Locations in Perham, MN. Buyers have 1 week to pickup the truck utility boxes during business hours and must be scheduled in advance. Once the auction is over the auction company will add any appropriate fees to buyer's invoices and send a new invoice with actual totals.
