In no event shall Bachmann Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements. Sales tax will be charged on some items. If you have a question about sales tax contact the auction company prior to the day of the auction. A $35 document fee on all titled items will apply and a $15 document fee for any items with registration or lifetime license. SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous, but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH AUCTION. By signing up and bidding at our auctions, you may be placed on to our email list and receive emails of upcoming auctions. All items must be removed by Saturday September 21st and any items not removed by that time will be charged a storage and moving fee. There will be complimentary loading available Sunday Sept. 8th from 12pm-2pm, Monday Sept. 9th from 10am-12pm noon, and Tuesday Sept. 10th from 10am to 12PM noon. . Make sure to check with the auction company on the loading hours during those days. After Sept. 10th the buyer is responsible for all loading and moving costs. Any pickup must be scheduled with the auction company in advance. Titled items: All items with titles will be charged a $35 document fee and all items with life time license or registration will be charged $15. This is per item and no exceptions. If you purchase an item with a title and pay with check, the title will be transferred 10 days after the auction or placed in the mail on the 10th business day after the auction to out of state buyers. Transfers can take place quicker if buyer pays with cash or credit card. If you purchase an item with a title delay make sure to check on the delay time prior to bidding.
