Ever buy an abandoned storage unit? It's better than playing the lottery!

First off, check out the LG Tromm front-load clothes dryer. It looks pretty nice, yes? I see four hardwood dinette chairs and a table top. Need extra lawn chairs for by the fire ring? There's a couple of those as well. Don't overlook the rustic little painted and distressed cupboard, the retro end table, and the other small furniture. What's in the bags? Hunting clothes? Comforters? And look at all the small storage containers, boxes, and organizers.

As for the rest, don't throw the baby out with the bath water. It might look a little cluttered, but that's the way tenants abandon things. Take your time looking through the pictures and you'll see value hiding throughout. There's tons of stuff you and your friends can use, and you can always turn a buck putting the rest on FB marketplace.

This auction will close at 6pm on March 30th, 2023. If there is active bidding as the clock times out, the timer will extend 2 minutes. After bidding closes, the winning bidder is to call the auction company at 715-657-0078 to arrange payment, then call Heidi, the storage facility owner, at 715.339.4340 to schedule a date and time for pick-up, which is east of Phillips, WI several miles. You may also call Heidi with any questions, but don't call asking her what's in the unit; she doesn't know any more about contents than you do. Oh, and you must take everything you win, which is everything in the unit. Seller may choose to charge a disposal fee if you leave anything behind. But we know you won't do that.

Do you wonder what can't be seen in the pictures? We do! Is there jewelry, tools, money? Might there be cool collectibles or Cuban cigars? We don't know. This unit is unsearched, unchecked. The facility owners simply want to cut their losses and have it gone. And you could use a little mystery and excitement in your otherwise predictable life. So roll the dice and bid away!
