No onsite bidding There will be a 6% buyer's premium on non-titled items, and a 6.5% buyer's premium for titled items. Sales taxes State law requires Black Star to collect sales tax on all applicable transactions of non-titled items. Tax rates are based on the item's location at the time of sale and are applied to the total purchase price (purchase price plus the Buyer's Premium). Tax will be collected unless the buyer provides proof of a tax exemption certificate along with the completion of the proper forms, which must be submitted before tax amounts will be removed from the invoice. Exemption forms are auction-specific based on the item's location and will need to be completed for every purchase. Black Star cannot offer advice, opinions, or guarantees about whether you are, in fact, exempt. We recommend that you consult your tax advisors if you have eligibility questions. Black Star ACA, LLC cannot be held responsible for States' registration requirements in regards to exemptions. Please note, guidelines and regulations regarding tax exemptions may vary between states. Terms & Conditions: 1) Buyer must contact Seller within 24 hours of auction end. 2) Payment must be received (money wire, check) by seller within 5 business days of auction. 3) Buyer of non-titled lots is responsible for paying sales taxes, shipping, or any other charges that may apply. 4) Any permits or other required services needed for equipment removal is the Buyer’s responsibility. 5) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Highest bidder will be supplied with scheduled load out/ pickup times that will be clearly stated by Black Star following the sale. 7) With e-check payments, funds may take 5-10 days to fully clear. In the event that an e-check does not clear for whatever reason, Black Star maintains ownership of the purchased item until sufficient funds are provided and have cleared. 8) Any lots remaining onsite after 10 days will be subject to a storage fee of $100 per day per lot. 9) Shipping is not offered on this lot & is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
