Payment
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER before the end of the day on June 14, 2022. Smaller items under $ 5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) may be paid via Credit Card with a additional 4% (four percent) Credit Card Convenience Fee.
A 10% (ten percent) Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction.
All applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction unless buyer provides exemption paperwork prior to payment.
In order to register and bid for this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a letter of introduction from your bank that guarantees payment for a specified amount to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc OR a credit card with a minimum $5,000.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. All payments must be made by WIRE TRANSFER.
