Shipping Instructions: If in-person pick up on Saturday, September 25 at the Fairgrounds in Goshen, Indiana is not convenient, many items can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA at the buyer's expense. Quilts, comforters, and wall hangings will be shipped at the flat rate of $35 if they are 50"x50" or larger or $20 if they are under 50"x50". Prices include insurance. Quilts selling for $2000 or more will ship for free.

How to sign-up online via proxibid:· You will need to complete the buyer sign up completely. Your username cannot be your email address. As part of the set up you must enter a credit card. This credit card is used to verify your identity on the proxibid site. Your credit card will not be used to make payment on a winning bid. Please see additional online buyer information below.· Please activate your sign-up by clicking the link in the email they send you. IMPORTANT: All winning online bids will be contacted by Brolyn Auctions via an email and/or a phone call. Completed invoices and payments for winning online bids will be taken by Brolyn Auctions. All online winning bids will need to be paid in full before sale is complete and an item can be picked-up or shipped. Winning bids can pay via cash, credit card or check on the day of the sale. Checks must be made out to Brolyn Auctions. Online winning bid pick-up: On Saturday, September 25, the winning online bidder may pick-up their item at the Quilt building at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. after payment has been made. OR, winning bidders may pick-up their item on Monday, September 27 between 2-4:00p.m. or 6-7:00p.m. at Silverwood Mennonite Church, 1745 W Lincoln Ave Goshen, IN. Payment on Monday can only be made via a check made out to Brolyn Auctions. OR, the winning bidder can choose shipping. A shipping charge will be added to the amount of the item.
