The subject farm is located from the intersection of Interstate 80 and Highway 14, 1 ½ miles south and 1 ½ miles east to the Northwest corner of the farm. Legal Description: The Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Ten North (T10N), Range Six West (R6W) of the 6th P.M., Hamilton, County, Nebraska. (160 Acres more or less). This is an extremely high quality pivot irrigated farm located in the heart of Nebraska’s irrigated corn and soybean belt. The soil types are excellent and the area is known for excellent water supplies. Equipment includes a 7 tower Valley Pivot system, 8” pump, gear head with automatic drip oil injector. There are 2 useable grain bins of approximately 10,000 and 6,000 bu. as well as several other older farm buildings of little significance. The farm is very level and formerly gravity irrigated. Located near excellent markets from ethanol plants, seed corn production and excellent grain terminals as well as livestock operations, make this farm an excellent investment for the farmer as well as the investor. Possession: The purchaser will receive possession for the 2008 crop year. Partial possession for field preparation etc. will be given to the buyer upon his deposit of the earnest deposit.
