Currently, there is no working electrical power at this auction site. This means that you will need to bring in your own lighting source when picking up items. You will also need to make your own arrangements for power to any equipment you or your rigger require to disconnect or move your purchases. Additionally, there may be holes or other hazards that may cause dangerous or injurious conditions (including, but not limited to, exposed live electrical lines). By bidding, you acknowledge these conditions and release and hold harmless the seller, auction firms (Rosen & Co. Inc, Buddy Barton Auctions, AuctionCLE) and any of their agents and/or employees for any liability for injuries and/or damages related to any activity related to this auction or auction site. You further acknowledge by bidding that there is no working elevator to remove items from the second floor (lots 2000-2999), and that you are solely responsible for risks and conditions associated with item removal and loading.
You and/or your agents may be asked to sign a release before entering the site for preview and/or pick-up of any items, at our sole discretion.

YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH PROXIBID WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CLOSE OF AUCTION.
Please Note: Rosen and Company / Buddy Barton Auctions do not have access to bidder credit card information. If the credit card on file is declined, bidder may be subject to an additional $35.00 fee. To avoid this charge, please confirm your information is updated with Proxibid before auction closing by calling them directly at 887-505-7770.
PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSING
IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION, IT IS THE WINNING BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE AUCTION COORDINATOR WITH UPDATED CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS CREDIT CARDS AT TIME OF PICK-UP.

For "Hardwired" Machines: Winning Bidder will get up to 6' of wiring (starting from machine, or starting from power-box if specific to unit)
Winning bidders for all items are responsible for safe and proper removal of item(s). Please bring additional help along with packing and moving materials to ensure you can successfully pick your items up. Should you have questions, please ask PRIOR to bidding.
Rosen & Barton does not ship items. However, you may contact a Rigger, Mover or our local UPS agent directly to arrange for them to pick up and ship your items to you. See "Terms & Conditions" for more Information
