If you bid live in person with us on Dec. 4, you can pay after winning your lot. If you bid and win online, we will be available Sunday, Dec. 5, from 10 am to 4 pm for you to pay and pick up your vehicle. Otherwise you can make arrangements with our consignor to pick up your vehicle All payments must be made by 5 pm on Monday Dec. 6. Once you pay we will issue you a bill of sale. Our consignor has titles for these vehicles, and will be responsible for getting you the title via mail once payment is received. We will not release the funds to our consignor for the car(s) you buy until you confirm you have received your title(s) for what you buy. Burns Auction is not responsible for vehicles once their are sold in our auction. Once sold and paid for, vehicles become the sole responsibility of the buyer, and Burns Auction is not liable for theft or damage that may occur between payment and pickup. Some of these vehicles are stacked in tight, and are behind several other vehicles. The lot is quite packed. We will do our best to facilitate removal of all vehicles but it could take some time to get things moved around. You may not be able to get your vehicle out Saturday, you may need to wait until Sunday between 10 am and 4 pm. If you can wait a few days that could be even better. We'll do our best to make everything work. We are working to get a tow truck on sight Sunday to help move things around. By bidding in this auction the buyer agrees to follow safe and proper moving, loading and securing procedures when handling all lots purchased in this auction, and when handling any other items at the pickup site. By bidding the buyer also agrees that he/she and any helpers have the experience, training and proper equipment needed to safely move and load the items purchased in this auction, or, if not, that he/she will employ professionals that do. The bidder further holds Burns Auction & Appraisal LLC harmless for death, injury or damage to property incurred during the auction pickup. Children are prohibited at all Burns Auction pickups. IF A CRUCIAL PART, ITEM OR ACCESSORY APPEARS TO BE MISSING IN THE PHOTOS, ASSUME IT IS NOT IN THE LOT. IF WE HAVE IT WE WILL SHOOT IT. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF YOU ASSUME THAT SOMETHING IS PRESENT IN A LOT BUT IS NOT VISIBLE IN ANY OF THE PHOTOS. REMEMBER, IF WE HAVE IT, WE WILL PHOTOGRAPH IT. IF WE DON'T, YOU WON'T SEE IT.
