Open pickup hours FOR ALL ITEMS EXCEPT THE MILLS AND LATHE will be available on Sunday, June 24 from 9 am until 2 pm. You must pick up on pick up day or you will forfeit your items. If shipping is not available your items will be disposed of at our discretion, meaning we will either throw them in the dumpster or take ownership of them after billing your card. We will close at 1 pm for nearly all items. After 1 pm we expect nearly everything to be out so that large item removal can occur. IF YOU BUY EITHER MILL AND/OR THE LATHE YOUR PICKUP WINDOW IS 1PM to 4 PM. Please leave yourself enough time to get all your items before the cutoff time. By bidding in this auction the buyer agrees to follow safe and proper moving, loading and securing procedures when handling all lots purchased in this auction, and when handling any other items at the pickup site. By bidding the buyer also agrees that he/she and any helpers have the experience, training and proper equipment needed to safely move and load the items purchased in this auction, or, if not, that he/she will employ movers that do. The bidder further holds Burns Auction & Appraisal LLC harmless for death, injury or damage to property incurred during the auction pickup. Buyers have begun to take advantage of our auction staff by purchasing very large items and coming without any loading help whatsoever. Therefore, my staff members will charge $5 per person for each piece of equipment or furniture that they help to move. We are happy to help you gather smaller items, boxes etc and get you on your way quickly and conveniently, but my staff is not here to act as free labor to move your heavy purchases. The $5 payment per item can be made to my staff member directly or to our cashier.
