Payment Instructions: Payment Instructions: We'll take payment for this auction at the house in Clintonville when you come. You can pay by CASH or by CREDIT CARD. There is a 3 percent fee on credit cards, but feel free to bring cash. (BP is 18 percent with a 3 percent discount for cash) We're not taking checks for this sale. So NO CHECKS. Out of town buyers can send us a money order or we can charge your card. If you are an out of town buyer and want to send us a money order, email us right after the auction to tell us that you are sending one. Otherwise we'll charge your card! If you don't pick up we will charge your card and take your item to the UPS store for shipping if that service is available. We charge a fee to take items to the UPS store, see descriptions. These items are at a private home, and it takes labor and time to load and deliver them to the UPS store for you. The UPS store will ship your items once they are received. Call them to work out payment for shipping at 740-654-5335. The home is in Clintonville, and we will send you the address once the auction is done.

Preview Date & Times: No preview will be available for this auction.
Checkout Date & Times: You must pick up on pickup day. The family needs to empty the home so it can be sold, and can not come back on other days to meet people picking up. So if you can't come on Oct. 16, don't bid!

Special Terms

Open pickup hours will be available on Sunday, Oct. 16th from 1pm until 5 pm. If that time slot doesn't work, you can arrange a pickup time with us that is convenient to you. You must pick up on pick up day or we will take to UPS for shipping and charge the associated fee. If shipping is not available your items will be disposed of at our discretion, meaning we will either throw them in the dumpster or take ownership of them after billing your card.
