Payment Instructions: We'll take payment for this auction at the house when you come. You can pay by CASH or by CREDIT CARD. There is a 3 percent fee on credit cards, but feel free to bring cash. (BP is 13 percent with a 3 percent discount for cash) We're not taking checks for this sale. So NO CHECKS. Out of town buyers can send us a money order or we can charge your card. If you are an out of town buyer and want to send us a money order, email us right after the auction to tell us that you are sending one. Otherwise we'll charge your card! If you don't pick up we will charge your card and take your item to the UPS store for shipping if that service is available. We charge a fee to take items to the UPS store. We do this for on-site auctions because it takes time and labor to load these items and take them for shipment. The UPS store will ship your items once they are received. Call them to work out payment for shipping at 740-654-5335.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS. BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: BIDDING AND BUYING: Your bid is a contract. If you are the winning bidding you must pay! We do our best to describe items accurately, to identify faults and to take plentiful photographs - but our descriptions and photography may not always be comprehensive, and descriptions do not represent a guarantee. Pickup for this sale will be at the house in Millersport on Saturday, Aug. 13 from 10 am to 5 pm. Please do not come early as we won't be ready for you. We'll be setting up and getting organized. If you come early you'll have to wait until 10 am. We will email winning bidders with the exact pickup address, but it is in Millersport, Ohio. For out of town buyers, we will take your items to the UPS store for shipment for the delivery fee quoted in the item description. We charge this fee because the items are on-site at the house and it takes us time, labor and fuel to load these things, take them to the UPS store, and to unload and organize them there. If the lot says "Shipping not available" and you can't pick up or have someone else pick up for you, please do not bid. If you win, we will leave the item behind and you won't get it, but we will still bill you.
