ANNOUNCEMENTS - All announcements made on sale day will take precedence over all printed material or advertising.
BUYERS PREMIUM - 10% buyers premium will be charged to all in person buyers. Online buyers will be charged 12% buyers premium. Premium will be figured on the hammer price.
BIDDING / ONLINE BIDDING -A bid is a legally binding contract between bidder and Partner Auctions. By making a bid you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidders responsibility to be aware of what they are bidding on. In case of a tie bid the auctioneer reserves the right to open up bidding between those bidders. Auctioneer also reserves the right to revoke bidding privileges from any individual. Bidders from offsite acknowledge they may not be able to inspect the items as well as they could in person and understand all items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. There NO WARRANTY offered by Partner Auctions and there are no returns or exchanges. Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions but errors or omissions may be inadvertently made.
PAYMENT - Payment is DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS of the auction and before any items will be released from our yard. We accept CASH, CASHIER CHECK, COMPANY or PERSONAL CHECK (accompanied by a bank letter of credit), or MAJOR CREDIT CARD. A 4% service fee will be applied to credit card purchases.
LISTINGS - Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions and pertinent details for each item, however, errors or omissions may be inadvertently made. Partner Auctions or Auctioneers will not be held responsible for any misrepresentations on hours, mileage, etc. Previewing items is encouraged and items are available for preview Monday, 03/17/2025 and Tuesday, 03/18/2025 from 8am - 5pm. All bidders agree everything is SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and that they may not return or exchange any item. No warranty is expressed or implied. Bidders are held personally liable for bids made with their buyer number.
PICK-UP - All purchases are to be picked up within 7 days of the sale. Pick-up times are Wednesday, March 19, 2025 thru Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 8AM to 4PM. If you need to arrive outside this time frame please call 304-701-0175 to make arrangements. Any items not picked up within thIs set time frame will be charged a storage fee of $25 per day per item. IF YOU NEED TO ARRIVE OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME FRAME YOU MUST CALL TO MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS.
LOADING - Auction will provide assistance with loading during Wednesday, March 19, 2025 thru Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 8AM to 4PM. We are not responsible for securing loads.
RISK OF LOSS - Once the auctioneer accepts the winning bid on an item, it is considered SOLD. Buyer then takes delivery and assumes all risk of loss for the item. Buyer agrees to obtain full liability insurance on the item as may be required by law.
AUCTION SITE - ALL BIDDERS ENTER THE AUCTION SITE AT THEIR OWN RISK. Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or Auction Company will not be responsible for injury to anyone at the auction site.
TITLES - A $30 processing fee will be charged to the buyer of all titled items. Titles are not available on sale day and will be mailed via Certified Mail to the purchaser, to the address on file, approximately 21 days following the auction. No title will be available if NO TITLE is listed in the description.
