We are combining shipping ONLY on our multipart weekly auctions, but may be expanding that to our monthly auctions down the line. If you purchase items in both parts of any set weekend auctions, you will be charged shipping on the first invoice.
Please note that our monthly auctions slow down our shipping process due to the time it takes to package the larger lots. If you don't receive tracking within 10 business days, please reach out to us.
We use PirateShip and Stamps.com for our shipping services. Both websites will send you a confirmation/tracking email once the label is printed.
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges to the card on file at any time and will provide an updated invoice if this occurs as well.

Special Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you do want to pay with PayPal, please email us to arrange an invoice being sent to you. We process all credit cards the business day after the sales (generally every Monday). All payments are due within 72 hours of the completion of the auction event.
IF YOUR PAYMENT DECLINES: We will send two weekly email reminders as well as automatic PayPal reminders that the balance is due. You will have two weeks from the card processing failure date to complete your purchase. At that point, if payment is not completed we will restock the items and your account on Proxibid will be flagged. This will limit your ability to participate in not only our auctions, but other auction houses as well.
If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid, by the purchaser for such property.
Tracking for all packages sent via USPS is automatically sent to your email address on file. If you purchased lots of larger items, we will have to ship via Federal Express or UPS. This generally applies to our once a month Pawn and Purchase auction occurring the last Saturday of the month.
