There is no fee to register although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and investigation of each property and must also investigate the suitability of each lot prior to making a bid and purchase at the auction. Failure of a Buyer to be fully informed on the condition of a property will not constitute grounds for any claim adjustment or right to cancel sale. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against (Canning Auction Service) or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. (Canning Auction Service) will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. (Canning Auction Service) reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A BINDING CONTRACT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR BID CANCELLATIONS.
