Offered for No Reserve, this 1953 Willys Jeep is a clean example of the classic Army Jeep. The original owner was a Korean War veteran and his family loved and cared for this Jeep. Circa 2005, the family decided to restore the Jeep to its former glory. The current owner describes this Jeep in very good condition, virtually rust free, and a very solid frame. The 134 ci ?Hurricane? inline 4 is described to ?run beautifully? however ?the transmission takes a little getting used to?. Included with the car is a military hand crank field telephone, 2 grenades ,dash mounted military fire extinguisher and a helmet. This car also comes with a current registration and a title.
