-Leverton Auction Services, is NOT responsible for any damage to equipment while being hauled, once equipment has departed from pickup location it is the Transporter and Buyers responsibility. -All Equipment is sold AS IS WHERE IS No warranty is expressed or implied. We encourage all bidders to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. If you choose to not do so you are accepting the equipment in AS IS CONDITION with all FAULTS.
-Sales tax is included on ALL SALES. Please contact Leverton Auction Services if you are, FARM, AG, DEALER or out of state with applicable proof of exemption, to have tax removed from your invoice. - -Leverton Auction Services mails ALL titles within 10-14 days of funds received. ALL Equipment must be picked up before title can be mailed out. We will be happy to send copies upon request.
