WIRE is used to complete payment on items over $2000 or vehicles, trailers, UTVs, Boats or the like. All buyer's must make an EARNEST Payment of $300 per vehicle within 8 hours of the end of the auction event. The buyer must then complete the Bank Wire within ONE business day or forfeit the EARNEST payment. This EARNEST payment must be CASH (in-person) or by Credit/Debit card via our PayPal account. You DO NOT have to have a PayPall account to use this service. Winning bidders may be emailed an Earnest Payment invoice from PayPal. Please check your spam folder before you call us. Do call if you haven't received an invoice by 5PM, the day after the auction event.

OUT OF STATE GUN BUYERS: All firearms must be shipped directly to an FFL, in your state of residence. The buyer will pay actual shipping costs, we can not combine shipping firearms. Most long guns can be shipped for $40.00 each and hand guns can be shipped for $30.00 each, insurance extra. The Purvis Auctions FFL fee is $25 per weapon. Buyer is responsible for any receiving FFL fees.

ALL Lots are being sold AS IS and there are no guarantees either expressed or implied by Purvis Auctions LLC. All sales are final.
ALL weapons buyers MUST BE 21 or older AND comply with all Federal, State, and local Firearms Laws.
All other buyers MUST BE 18 or older to purchase vehicles, coins or other non-weapons.
ALL out of state residents purchasing weapons, MUST provide proper info from a FFL in YOUR home state, of your choosing. Purvis Auction's FFL will ship the weapon(s) to that FFL, where you may retrieve your purchase. Purvis Auctions charges a $25 FFL fee, per gun for this service. The buyer is responsible to pay any fees associated with the FFL in their home state. Additionally, Purvis Auctions will charge $30 per pistol or $40 per long gun shipping fee. This fee DOES NOT include any desired shipping insurance.
Any out of state gun buyer MAY pickup their purchase from our FFL in Cabool, Missouri, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Local FFL fee still applies.
All items must be 'paid in full' within 2 working days of end of sale and picked up no later than 10 calendar days after the sale. Items not paid for/picked up after 10 days will be considered abandoned. These items will be disposed of in a manner of OUR choosing without financial consideration to the bidder. NO REFUNDS!
