Item Details
Cased State Arms Gun Co., Bolt Action Magazine rifle, .50 BMG, s/n BAMR #3, rifle, brl length 41" including compensator, very good plus condition, bolt action, This is an example of the quintessential magazine feed .50 BMG rifle. Designed by Klaus Horstkamp to dominate the long range shooting competition and based on heavily modified Mauser action. The rifle is accompanied with the original Gun Certificate stating the following: Inspector R. Harmon, bolt action magazine rifle, Serial No.: BAMR #3, Action: Bolt Action - Magazine, Barrel: KNB Special, Caliber: .50 Cal. BMG., Custom Stock: Black Walnut, Scope Mount: German Swing Mounts, Date: April 5th, 1989 and signed by Klaus himself. The rifle has a deluxe hard case for transport and comes with one STARGUCO 3 round magazine. Rifle is fitted with a Leupold 36x fixed scope and multi-position bipod. The walnut custom stock is 40.5" long including the Pachmayr recoil pad and has a checkered right side palm swell pistol grip showing very little handling. The bore shines mirror bright and the blued metal finish throughout shows only minor light handling. The overall length of the rifle is 65.5" long and weighs approximately 42 lbs. Don't miss this opportunity to own an original STARGUCO rifle, No longer in production because of the expensive and time consuming machining process to function from a magazine where mostly all modern bolt action 50's are single shot and mostly all are slow shell holder styles. Rifle will require special shipping. 19-1-12
