FIREARMS PURCHASE AND SHIPPING TERMS All modern firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License holder (FFL). The buyer must provide the receiving FFL’s name, address, phone number, and license information before shipment. Shipping cost for rifles and shotguns is $60 per firearm. Shipping cost for pistols is $35 per firearm. These rates are per firearm and do not include any transfer fees that your FFL may charge. The buyer must provide FFL information within 10 calendar days of invoice payment. If the buyer does not provide the required FFL information within 10 days, the firearm will be considered abandoned and may be resold, donated, or disposed of with no refund. All firearm transfers will be completed by the receiving FFL. The buyer will be required to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check. The receiving FFL will determine eligibility and may refuse transfer for any reason. No refund will be issued if the buyer is denied. Buyer must meet all age and legal eligibility requirements. Federal minimum age is 21 for handguns and 18 for rifles and shotguns. State and local laws may impose additional restrictions. If purchasing multiple pistols, the receiving FFL may be required to file the appropriate multiple sales forms and may impose holding periods or waiting times according to federal, state, or local law. Compliance with all such requirements is the buyer’s responsibility. No firearm will be transferred to any individual determined to be prohibited from firearm possession. If the transfer cannot be completed due to legal prohibition, non-communication, denial, or refusal to comply with requirements, no refund will be issued. By registering and bidding in this auction you, the bidder, agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein which form a legally binding agreement between you and Castleland Management LLC. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties or guarantees express or implied and all sales are final. All lots are available for public inspection during scheduled preview dates or by appointment. It is solely the bidder's responsibility to examine the items and determine condition, authenticity, age, value, and suitability before bidding. Descriptions are provided as a courtesy and reflect the auctioneer's opinion, not a warranty. Do not rely on any verbal statement made by Castleland staff. Inspection is your only guarantee. If an item is lost or damaged before removal or if a cataloging error is acknowledged prior to the item leaving the removal location, only then will a refund of the amount paid for that item be issued. Items may be added to this auction from consignors other than the primary contributor or theme advertised. This includes any consignor the auctioneer chooses to include as well as Castleland's own inventory. Castleland is not attempting to conceal this fact but is also under no obligation to identify which specific lots belong to which consignor or to Castleland itself. All purchases must be removed within the designated removal time frame. Additional time may result in labor fees of $15 per hour per staff member. Items not picked up during the scheduled time will be considered abandoned and may be resold, donated, or disposed of at the auctioneer's discretion with no refund to the buyer. Once items leave the pickup site or the scheduled removal date passes, no claims or returns will be accepted. All persons attending preview, pickup, or entering the premises assume all risk for injury or damage and release Castleland Management LLC from liability. Auction locations may pose inherent hazards. Bidders and guests must act responsibly and assume liability for their actions or those of their representatives. You may opt out at any time. This auction may include bids placed by the auctioneer or employees in accordance with UCC 2-328. Unless explicitly stated otherwise the auction is conducted with reserve. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw items at any time before the fall of the hammer. Some items may also be sold subject to seller confirmation. Bid increments are determined solely by the auctioneer. Absentee bids and remote bidding will be executed to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed. If you place a bid equal to another bidder's maximum bid, the earliest bid will win. Auctions may be paused, extended, or modified at the auctioneer's discretion if disruptions occur. No bid retractions are permitted without auctioneer approval. Your registration, bid, and auction records are legal evidence of a sale contract. Ownership of items does not transfer until full payment is made and clears. Failure to pay for winning bids may result in being banned from future auctions, legal action for the full contract price, and resale of items with you liable for any shortfall. No surplus will be returned. An 18 percent buyer's premium is added to the hammer price unless otherwise noted. This may include additional credit card or processing fees.
