Please read the description & examine the photos when bidding. Every person has their own opinion. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. ABSOLUTELY NO COIN RETURNS ON THE BASIS OF GRADE. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. PAYMENT: We accept Cash, VISA/MC, certified checks, Bank Wires. At the conclusion of the auction, You will receive an invoice with payment instructions. We require payment within 72 hours unless other arrangements are approved. There will be approximately a 3% Service fee added for invoices paid in full by Credit Credit/Debit Card. A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final hammer price of all items purchased through the Proxibid online bidding platform. For bidders attending and purchasing in person at the live auction, a reduced buyer’s premium may apply as announced on sale day. All bids, whether placed online or in person, are legally binding. By registering to bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to the applicable buyer’s premium and all terms of sale. SALES TAX EXEMPTION: All applicable sales tax will be charged unless the buyer has a valid sales tax exemption on file. Buyers seeking exemption must submit their resale or exemption certificate directly through the Proxibid platform prior to bidding or immediately following registration. The auction company does not accept or process exemption certificates outside of Proxibid. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their exemption status is properly approved before invoicing. No refunds of sales tax will be issued once payment has been processed. Returns: Internet buyers are entitled to a return within 3 days of receipt of items. If deemed not authentic coin, not basis of Grade. In order to return an item, we must be notified of your intent to return within that 3 day period. We can be reached at 620-245-1884. Items returned will be shipped at buyers expense. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price with a minimum charge of $10. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be returned in the same holder and condition as they were sold to qualify for refund.
